Vrica Vij - A psychology postgraduate from the University of Northampton. She started her first venture, a Mexican cloud kitchen called Just Mex It, from her home kitchen during the first COVID lockdown. Eventually, it turned into a restaurant in South Delhi. A foodie by heart and entrepreneur by spirit, she enjoys travelling and spending her free time with her husband and pupper, Chia.
